The northwest valley has three additional adult communities that have been built out for several years each with its own unique personality. Within a mile of Sunland Springs Village is the Superstition Freeway (US Hwy 60). It won’t take you long to get to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, or even closer is the newly opened Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
