In the West, the building is just getting to the White Tank Mountains which includes Buckeye, Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise,the Baseline Corridor, Tolleson and West Phoenix. Pricing is also very good if you can find a lot! If you are able to find a lot, you will need to invest another $30k+ to improve it. Shared wells are common with these types of properties. Landscaping, including the driveway and fencing the property can really add up.
